WHAT TO EXPECT?
zest4life programmes are presented by trained, fully qualified Nutritional Therapists; this is what makes zest4life different. As an experienced therapist working in the South West, Sally Gordon can work with you to identify the possible underlying conditions that may have prevented weight loss in the past. Full programmes run over 11 weeks and consist of weekly 2 hour sessions with mid week motivational email support. Groups have an average of 12 – 15 people but with a maximum of 20. Smaller groups and one to one programmes are also available – details on request.

The zest4life formula was developed by a team of experts including Patrick Holford. Patrick says "a nationwide team of nutritionists and I have worked with thousands of overweight people to find the key to losing weight. We discovered that low fat and calorie counting diets were not the best way to lose weight. Eating different kinds of foods, low GL (Glycemic Load) foods, led to more weight loss per calorie then eating high GL foods. The secret is that low GL foods balance your blood sugar, are satisfying, stop you feeling hungry and improve your energy and vitality".
